Shipping Policy:

We ship all orders to homes and businesses with UPS unless other arrangements are made. All orders are processed and shipped within 7 days. It is not possible to ship UPS Ground on orders to Hawaii or Alaska- these orders will automatically be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air and your freight charge will reflect this upgrade. Once an order has been placed you will be notified by e-mail as it is processed. Please allow 7 to 14 days to receive your order (depending on where you live in the US). Allow extra time for Hawaii and Alaska. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If you have special requirements for shipping, e-mail us at info@pocketdresser.com or fax us at 866-799-2403.

Shipping Rates:

(Actual costs may vary) Shipping rates are automatically calculated by zip code and distance based from our northern Colorado shipping facility. Return Policy: If for any reason you need to return merchandise, it must be returned in new condition within 30 days with a copy of the original receipt. All items returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be sent, postage paid, to: Independent Tool Solutions, Returns Dept., 1281 E. Magnolia, Unit D#202, Fort Collins, Colorado 80524.

Warranty:

All products sold by Independent Tool Solutions are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship and carries a one-year warranty to the original owner. The Tools on the Pocketdresser are specifically designed to facilitate buttoning and zipping operations. The Maddox knife is specifically designed for personal food preparation. Any other usage is considered abuse and voids warranty. Independent Tool Solutions’ warranty does not cover accidental loss, loss caused by theft, abuse, neglect, disassembly or accidental injury.

For Warranty Claim Returns:

Return your Pocketdresser or Maddox to: Independent Tools, Warranty Dept., 1281 E. Magnolia, Unit D #202, Fort Collins, Colorado 80524. Please send a copy of your original receipt showing the date of purchase along with the reason the item is being returned and a daytime telephone number. We will examine and consider each warranty claim and repair or replace at our own discretion. You will be notified once we have made a determination on your claim.

Implied Warranty:

Independent Tool Solutions will not be responsible for careless handling and shall in no event be liable for any incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss, injury, or damage to property. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
